 FEP corrugated pipe is made by special processing method, which changes the previous characteristics of pipes that cannot be bent. It can be used to replace graphite, ceramic, glass and other pipes with low mechanical strength. It can be used as feeding and discharging pipes for tank trucks, storage tanks, containers and reactors. It can be used for pipe dislocation connection or to balance pipe displacement and size changes caused by climate or other reasons or to eliminate vibration of high-frequency machinery. In special occasions, it can also be used as a tubular reactor and exchanger. We can provide corrugated hoses with DN10-150mm and length of 20-20000 mm. Special specifications can be customized. The standard wall thickness is 1-2.5 mm. The thinnest wall thickness can be 0.5 mm. Fatigue times ≥10000 times. We can provide pressure-resistant corrugated hoses with mesh sleeves. There are many ways to connect corrugated hoses.
