FEP heat shrink tubing
FEP (F46) heat shrink tubing has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, flame retardancy and long-term non-aging. It is widely used in aerospace, instrumentation, textile and chemical industry, food and medical, electronic appliances, post and telecommunications, petrochemical industry, metallurgical electronics, railway transportation, motors and electrical appliances, household appliances, high-rise buildings, lighting, special transformers, special cables, sensors, thermal components and other industries.

Shrinkage temperature: 300℃~340℃ , non-sticky, water-resistant, oil-resistant
Water contact angle θ=114о,
Non-flammable
Will not burn in the air (oxygen index>95VOL%)

Only elemental fluorine and alkali metals react with it at high temperature, and have no effect on all other concentrated and dilute inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, and esters,
Electrical reliability, high insulation
The dielectric constant viscosity is 2.1 at high and low temperatures of 60HZ-60MHZ. Even if the surface is damaged by diving, no conductive tracks will be produced. Volume resistance>1018ΩM, surface resistance>1013Ω, arc resistance>165 seconds, no leakage
Low friction
Dynamic friction coefficient 0.2-0.3,
