PTFE has good high and low temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at -75℃～260℃; it has good wear resistance, the static friction coefficient is the smallest among plastics, and it has excellent self-lubricating properties; it has excellent electrical insulation properties and is not affected by the working environment, temperature, humidity and frequency. It has good arc resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Except for the fluorine element and alkali metal in the molten state under high temperature and high pressure, and some halogenated amines or aromatic hydrocarbons cause it to expand slightly, other strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, greases, ketones, ethers, alcohols, etc., do not work on it even at high temperatures.

 PTFE corrugated tube is made by special processing method, which changes the previous characteristics of pipeline that cannot be bent. It can be used to replace graphite, ceramic, glass and other pipes with low mechanical strength. It can be used as feeding and discharging pipes for tank trucks, storage tanks, containers and reactors. It can be used for pipeline dislocation connection or to balance pipeline displacement and size changes caused by climate or other reasons or to eliminate high-frequency mechanical vibration. In special occasions, it can also be used as tubular reactors and exchangers. Corrugated hoses with DN10-150mm and length of 20-20000 mm can be provided. Special specifications can be customized. The wall thickness standard is 1-2.5 mm. The thinnest wall thickness can be 0.5 mm. Fatigue times ≥10000 times. Pressure-resistant corrugated hoses with mesh sleeves can be provided. There are many ways to connect corrugated hoses.
