•Features:

PTFE skived sheet/strip is a blank made of PTFE resin by molding, sintered, and then turned into a product.

•Application:

Suitable for gaskets, seals and lubricating materials working in various corrosive media at temperatures of -180 degrees to 250 degrees, and also made into electrical insulating parts used at various frequencies.

‧Appearance:

 1. The color of the board is the natural color of the resin.

 2. The texture should be uniform and the surface should be smooth. No defects such as cracks, bubbles, delamination, mechanical damage, knife marks, etc. are allowed.

 3. Slight cloud-like looseness is allowed.

 4. No more than one non-metallic impurity with a diameter of 0.1-0.5mm2 is allowed to exist on an area of 10*10cm2, and no more than one non-metallic impurity with a diameter of 0.5-2mm2 is allowed
